2008 – PT Timah Tbk built a Tin Solder Factory
PT Timah Tbk built a Tin Solder factory on Kundur Island – Riau Islands which produced Tin Solder Bar and Tin Solder Wire products that have been marketed both domestically and exported to several countries in Asia.
2009 – Phase 1 Tin Chemicals Plant Construction Project in Cilegon – Banten.
in order to strengthen the Company’s foundation as an integrated producer of tin derivative products, the Company started the Phase 1 Tin Chemicals Plant Construction Project in Cilegon – Banten.
2011 – The Phase 1 Tin Chemical Plant commenced operations
The Phase 1 Tin Chemical Plant commenced operations and produced Methyl Tin Stabilizer (MTS) to be marketed to China.
2015 – Tin Solder Factory commenced operations with Tin Solder Bar Products.
